I lived in a property owned by this company for a few years. They were Always kind, showed me many properties, and listened to my concerns. When I finished college I wanted to move a little further from BGSU. They had many duplexes and houses and that gave me great options for having my own place to start a family. I think they do a great job and would highly recommend them.

They would take forever to fix anything if at all! Rude , unprofessional, and they lie as well including the owner and management wouldn't recommend them at all I'd rather be homeless
