Kim is really rude to the elderly patients yells at them and hangs up on them. Accused, my elderly mother of lying
I was told I could return my hearing aids which they want to charge me $7000 for within 60 days. Upon my coming back 14 days later to return them, I am getting the runaround and was treated very badly in the office. I was told I had to make an appointment for a return, which seems very unreasonable to me.
I came here because one of my ears was completely clogged, and the other one was partially clogged. I couldn't believe the difference once they had cleaned the wax out! I think it has been at least 10 years since I have been able to hear so well. My wife is very happy she doesn't have to yell or repeat anything. My thanks to Brian for all his work. I can't believe I put it off for so long.
