One of the queen beds had a huge blue stain about 2 ft by 3ft on fitted sheet across middle. The mattress was revealed and stained horribly. The in room coffee pot was so dusty that I could write on its lid with finger in its dust. I told front desk staff, and showed him pictures, and he apologized but offered no reduced fee or compensation. Said I should email the pictures to the hotel manager. He didn’t offer room change but we were tired and were already spread out in room. Very disappointed. Felt gross
BED BUG INFESTATION! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. We attempted to stay at a Microtel by Wyndham, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking, what was advertised as clean and updated was actually dirty and poorly maintained. The most serious issue was discovering bed bugs.
