It was a good experience
I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. Great service by Sumanpreet.
Good hospitality at the front, also rooms and the breakfast was so nice.
I asked for the room with sofa bed and queen bed. The lady at the front desk gave me the room with only queen bed. When I went to complain, she said the room os not available. I checked on booking.com and they had 4 rooms available with sofa bed. When I showed her that she said no, room is taken. In the morning I complained with the different person and he said they had late check out and that room was not cleaned. All 4 of them?? They both clearly lied to me and wouldn't let me talk to the manager, claiming he was not in. T... read more
