Nice hotel in a great location to break your I-5 road trip. Free parking and safe place. We have stayed here several times now as we make frequent trips to SoCal from the Bay Area.
They are so nice and friendly people. We had only one night not bad.
All I can say is this hotel is not the cleanest. We found something very disgusting and disturbing when we decided to tell the clerk about it instead of making a whole scandal about it because we know that accidents happen. The clerk that works in the afternoon told us that she’ll check on it. We checked out next thing we know they were putting the blame on us calling us liars, saying we did it. The breakfast was very good and the room was cozy. The ac was working and was nice and cool. The vending machines work!
Everything was great but the insulation was lacking. We could hear people talking and disturbing our sleep after 10:30 PM. The management was obviously aware of this as the TV volume adjustment was throttled. The room doors were heavy and closed hard. Somewhat difficult to control.
