I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The facilities were great, but what stood out the most was the staff Bernadette and Remy they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. Their warm and professional service made the experience even better.

My name is Prakash Thapa I was doing doordash food delivery yesterday at 8:30 pm so I went in Microtel hotel for delivery and I find out their elevator was under maintenance so I was not sure where to go and I asked the receptionist her Name is Lana, She treated me like animal she shouting at my face and told me to go right at last I have to come back all the down and go left to find the Guest room.
