I had no issues with the service or my room, however there wasn't much for breakfast. If you're going to offer breakfast, it would be nice actually have it.
No thermostat in room, toilet runs all the time. Breakfast is a joke. No milk for cereal, basically just cereal and toast juice machine nonworking Elevator nonworking.
Great value for the money.
No elevators, was broken had special needs person that almost passed out. ,walked 3 flights of stairs.ac broken, toilets extremely dirty, 3rd final room shower head broken, couch broken, island door hinges off.Roach traps in island. Reported to corporate. Waiting a week for results.
Rooms were ok but the desk clerk was exceptionally helpful. Will be back just to see if Bobbie is still there. She’s a gem!
