This Microtel is the definition of a terrible experience. Usually Microtels are consistent in their appearance and layout. In fact, I’ve stayed at this exact Microtel in the past. Upon check in, I’ve never been more disrespected by front desk staff before. The reservation was under another family member’s name, however the guy at the front desk insisted to have my ID. I can't leave a mo star so unfortunately i have to give it a 1. Came in at 11:45pm for 1 night during a trip. Our room was still dirty with messy sheets on bed and trash in the floor. 2nd room we got put in had a dirty cloth hanging in the shower and no sheets for the sleeper sofa. We ended up leaving and still trying to get my refund but no one will help me. Horrible place and filthy! Don't go here!

Rooms are gross, I don't think they clean them at all. Several small items (pen cap, small fuse, dried plant material) on the floor suggesting they do not vacuum. Sheets are stained, have cigarette burn holes, and fresh marks and hair suggesting sheets were not changed between guests. Both rooms we had smelled, one was very musty and the other was cleary smoked in. The toilet not only had not been cleaned, it was full of cigarette ash. Bathroom light didn't work in one room. Very friendly staff. After driving for 14 hours, we just needed a shower and a couple of hours to nap. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and under 70 dollars. Would definitely stay here again.
