L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait , la chambre est ok La décoration est simple, c'est assez propre dans l ensemble. Lle service du personnel de la réception est déplorable et vraiment pas professionnel.Je les ai contacter à plusieurs reprises pendant mon sejour mais je n'ai jamais en de retour. Le petit déjeuner est très Basic et les oeufs brouillés beaucoup trop secs(je vous conseille donc d'arriver des l'ouverture). Had a great stay with my daughter and niece. Awesome, friendly, helpful staff. The front desk made me a dinner reservation and confirmed via text and also had coupons for free appetizers at a local restaurant. They were super accommodating with bringing my dog, they even have extra poop bags at the front desk. They breakfast had great selection and really friendly service. This will be my go-to hotel in Sudbury moving forward.
Worst experience at this hotel by far. Fully understand that Sudbury is busy with hockey over the winter season. But the hockey families staying at this hotel were extremely disrespectful of other hotel guests. (We are a hockey family as well) We came up solely for a family trip, to utilize the hot tub and pool. For the entirety of our trip the pool and hot tub was closed due to the other younger guests not being monitored in the pool area resulting in vandalism of the hot tub and pool (soap being added, missing tiles, over ... read more
My family got stuck in the elevator at this hotel for 45 minutes. The staff never came to check we were okay afterwards. My son also sliced his toe open on their hot tub tile in their pool room, so badly he couldn't swim the rest of the weekend. There was multiple pieces of glass on the floor and no staff to help when he was badly bleeding. The staff also never came to check to sees he was okay afterwards, didn't offer a band aid even.
