Came here recently to Sudbury to move my son in at the university. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, but could have used more selection like muffins. Location was great and close to all amenities.
This place went downhill from the last few times I’ve stayed here. Front desk were not wearing uniforms therefore was not even sure the one sitting down worked there. She sat there while I was waiting to get checked in. Breakfast was awful, hard sausages, eggs were overcooked…
Checked in around 10pm totally exhausted. Walked by the breakfast area heading to our room it was less than clean. Got into the room and the room was so uncomfortably damp that the carpet and bedding almost felt like it came out or a dryer much too soon. The AC just made the dampness in the bedding feel worst as it was cool and wet feeling, this bad enough that the beds are hard and stiff, pillows are cheap dollar store cotton wads.
