Very friendly staff
Tiffany, Shy and Emma were all fantastic.. Fortunately they reassigned the one other lady who was obviously much less than fantastic.
#1 BOOK DIRECTLY with the hotel….DO NOT book through third party booking services or website. My wife & I were misled via a complicated booking system: The Knots wedding website. Thankfully the front desk staff Lydia was able to fix the issue caused by the Knot booking system. We learned our issue was nothing new unfortunately. #2 the Suites are spacious & clean. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
