This is a fantastic hotel! Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, top notch manager! They offer gluten free options for breakfast along with the usual spread. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were nice and comfortable. I always find Microtels tend to be noisy, have more trouble falling asleep in them.
Traveling to rural NY made the hotel search a challenge but I found the Microtel in Springville. This was an ideal experience. The hotel is not big city fancy. For me it certainly does not need to be. It was incredibly clean, organized and comfortable. The staff were obviously hard working and seemed quick to jump into whatever chore was at hand. Clean hotel. Comfy beds! The breakfast was way better than I expected, lots to choose from. Family of four had nothing but good things to say. My 9 year old spilled milk and the manager on duty was so kind....above and beyond to make my son not feel bad. Thanks :)
