This is an awful place. I booked an overnight stay in five weeks in advance. Then days before our stay the reservation was cancelled. Somebody “woke up” that the next weekend coincided with the Notre Dame University’s graduation weekend, and demanded more money to hold the room for us. The staff were rude and unaccommodating. Be cautious with this establishment.

Bedbugs… The floors are dirty and the rooms are small. Don’t dare leave any packages or property, the front desk staff will take it. Still have homeless hanging out in the parking lot.

Place was sold, new owners not honoring previous bookings and wanted to charge $100 more per night stay. Not until I mentioned small claims court did they change their tune. Then had to battle with hotels.com to get a refund.

Decent hotel don’t ever complain about much but I had a package sent to this location because I was staying here for work and for some reason my package was never found and the ups is 100% sure they dropped it off at the front desk manager don’t know anything about it and apparently cameras are off. I’m sure anyone else would be mad if a package that was worth 600-700$ was missing never again will I stay here that’s for sure !

We reserved a room in October for April 18th. General Manager called on 4/15 to let us know they were under a hotel brand and wanted twice as much for a room. We cancelled immediately. Waiting until the last minute like this is a predatory business practice and I cannot imagine what other sketchy things they do.
