Horrible service and rude front desk no stoppers for bathtub pool dirty and baby vomited in bed no house keepers to clean up or get clean sheets
Worst experience, reserved a 2 bed, when we got there they only had single beds, it was 4 of us. I slept on the floor. The manager refused to correct this saying we reserved a 1 bed. Later the booking agency contacted the hotel and the same manager offer a small discount so we ended up paying for a single bed instead of a 2 bed. Felt they could have done better. Worst customer service on the managers part and the hotel over sold the hotel that night.
