We stayed here for one night before our flight out of SLC. It’s not a fancy hotel by any means but it’s clean and the rooms are well kept. They do have a shuttle for the airport and it also about 10min away from the airport. Overall the stay was what we were looking for, close to the airport and clean beds/bathroom and rooms.

Lobby was definitely dated, as was the room, but not quite as noticeable. We arrived at 1:30am to a fully lobby and an overwhelmed attendant. To her credit she worked as quickly as possible. As a last minute budget option it is not bad, but for a few extra I would probably opt for something else need by.

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient, accessible location. The rooms were clean upon arrival. Cons: Poor Check-in Experience: The elevator was out of service when we arrived, and the staff was unable to assign us a room on a lower floor. We had to carry all of our checked luggage up to the third floor ourselves. Lack of Room Preparation: basic amenities were missing. We checked in with a man named Alex who charged my boyfriend twice for a room. Instead of being charged $125 he paid over $300. When we showed him that it had already been taken from his account the first time he said it “wasn’t showing on his end” and that he will be reimbursed 4-5 business days later. When we went down the next day to make sure we had a receipt (they couldn’t print one out after we paid, we had to wait for the next day) it showed that he wasn’t charged twice even tho his bank said it was.
