Manager Sarah is so helpful and ALL the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and make sure the rooms are clean and comfortable! Best sleep I've had in a long time :)
I'm not one to complain but, there's multiple things they could change The mattress was hard pillows are hard you basically get sheets to cover up No comfort at all. Alarm was going off at 5:30 am Heater / AC was rattling all night. The curtains wont close all the way, so you can see in the room from outside. I love coming to this place all the time , I love the rooms and specially the front desk agent Israsema she always takes care of us and make it feel like home. Also the breakfast has been my favorite part not a lot of places have biscuits and gravy so that is one other thing why I always stay here before my trips . They also provide shuttle service that is also a plus 10/10 service.
