Rooms were very nice for being small, still had refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was OK but not great. Price was right and had a shuttle to Mayo clinic. Will definitely be staying here again.

For the price this is what to expect: Pros: decent breakfast options. Clean, comfortable rooms. Cons: three ice machines all out of order!! Fitness equipment either not working or so worn that it wasn't worth using it (nice paved walking paths outside, though). Staff tried to be nice, but not really too interested in helping.

Everything was great, but the chair and windows seat cushion. It showed rips and stains. It made it feel like the room wasn't cleaned. Good thing I wasn't expecting much for $50.

Front desk employees were great but that’s the only good thing I can say. As I walked to my room, the smell of marijuana in the hallway was ridiculous. Got to my room & key card didn’t work. I requested a handicap accessible room & I did get one. The shower/bathtub was not “handicap accessible”, I had to step over the side of the tub so it wasn’t accessible in my opinion. Air conditioner didn’t cool very well, in fact I slept with a cool, damp towel around my neck to cool off. I called the front desk to ask for a wake up cal... read more
