I asked for a late checkout and the guy at the front said I couldn't because there was too many arrivals which I don't think it was fair or right. Don't be putting late checkout online if u don't offer it. It's says there is a private beach which is false advertisement. They need more options for breakfast. Door was hard to open and the bathroom was so tiny.

This hotel has so much potential because it’s in a great location and the staff was nice, but unfortunately, everything else was subpar. When we first arrived, I thought, “Great room! Nice decor!” But once we settled in, we noticed so many issues that could have easily been avoided. The main reason for my low rating was cleanliness. They completely missed the mark here. This place is ‘okay’. It could be better if basic things were taken care of. Our rooms floors were FILTHY. I just checked in and took my shoes off and walked around and my feet were covered in dirt. The shower floor was just as dirty, as if someone was in there with shoes on and it wasn’t cleaned after. My family needed a single overnight stay to tie us into our main hotel in Rehoboth where we booked several nights. We knew we’d get into town late and wanted something simple so Microtel seemed like a good choice. Microtel was unfortunately one of the worst cleaned hotel rooms I’ve ever experienced. We arrived to find our floors were sandy. The pillow cases had a few hairs on them. The bathroom still had a wet towel hanging from the last visitor.
