Can anyone tell me why ive been calling for 5 hours and no answer.
I’ve stayed at this property more than once for business travel. I find this hotel to be clean, quiet and affordable, exactly what I’m looking for when away from home. I checked in on Monday Sept 22. There was an issue with the tv in my room. I went to the front desk to inform them of the situation. Without hesitation she upgraded me to a business suite for the trouble. Thank you Microtel for offering above average customer service!
If you're going to stay at a hotel in Red Deer, do yourself a favour and pick Microtel! While my girlfriend and I chose the hotel for the water slide, it ended up being the best hotel I've stayed at for several reasons. The biggest reason is the friendly staff. I've stayed at various hotels, including a stay at a 4 star that had a jacuzzi in the room, and while they've all had kind staff that nod or say hello when you pass, they've never had friendly staff like Microtel Red Deer.
