This was not a good experience. - there was blood on the bed under the pillow. Hair still on the sheets from the last person that stayed there. - literally hard boogers on the wall above the bed absolutely disgusting . Would not recommended a stay here. We were so tired I ended up sleeping on the window bench in the room . We were in a room with 2 queens and both beds had issues. As listed above . Not cool micro hotel do better. Room 424 stay was June 22 2026.
Very disappointed. My company booked me in this hotel for the week and when I arrived after driving 8 hours in intense rainstorms and showed the lady my booking confirmation she said she didn't have me in her system despite my confirmation numbers and follow up info I got from my boss. She then told me to drive across town to the other microtell and see if they have me booked...didn't even offer to CALL them! This despite me showing a full booking at her hotel! Booked a room for two night. Had a change of plans with work. Had to leave morning after check in. Went to leave at 9am and check out and they wanted to charge for the second night as they needed 24 hours notice. I wasn't even booked or in the hotel for 24 hours. So if you book here make sure you cancel your reservation before you even book just in case.
Staff was very nice. Front desk clerk was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The Dove shampoo was a nice touch. The breakfast was served cold and they said they would look into it.
