Nice stay very clean and staff is great
Worst hotel experience I have had recently. Refused check in due to me being a pueblo local. 3rd party booker and the hotel both did not inform upon purchase. This is dirty trick and has left us without a room for the day. I guess this is Wyndham now.
We tried to get a room for 3 day because a plumbing issue. We reserved the room. Got a confirmation. Then got slapped with a 75$ deposit then when we went to check in they refused to let us because we are local residents. This is a horrible policy. A very very terrible policy.
Very pleased with room and bed.
