Great super clean room. Shiny clean actually. Hot tub and pool were great. So glad they stay open until 11pm. Breakfast was ok
The front desk lady was very rude and snotty. Housekeeping had left tiny hairs in the bathroom. Pool was okay, nothing extraordinary. There was a hair in the bagels, when I mentioned it to the front desk lady, she said oh. Never went to check or replace or offer a fresh bagel. Told her the guest WiFi password guest didn’t work. She said I was supposed to call the number in the binder and they can get me connected without it. Not impressed. Would I come back? No.
Very nice and clean polite staff
Room was filthy floors have not been cleaned in a long time there was mold in bathroom and tub the tub was cracked and had a hole in it. The carpet was stained and smelled we booked thro a third party and that was a mistake with this being a cheep hotel there was no helping us with refund we where told they where booked so we couldn’t get a different room . was a shame that we had to clean our own room it was the cleanest it has been in a long time after we got done.
