Stayed here with my husband (10th-14th of April) & it was good. Our room had an updated shower, so that was good. Our sheets were clean until we noticed a dry pinkish/brownish stain at the end of the bed. The random sink in the middle of the room squirts out water if you turn it on high, so be wary of that. A lots of bees flying around the parking lot, definitely made it a hassle to get in & out your car. Every manager on duty was friendly & helpful when needed. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The location did overbook, and we were moved from a 2 Queen to a king. Upon confronting the front desk agent, she was rude and immediately reactive and aggressive. Diane led me to believe that this booking mistake was my own. Upon finding my booking confirmation, she refused to move our rooms and refused to take ownership of the hotel's mistake. Booked a room for my kids and I on our last night in Pigeon Forge, TN. Only needed to stay in the room for a few hours to get sleep before hitting the road. It served its purpose, however I wouldn’t stay at this location for more than a few hours. Though the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was upgraded, the carpet was stained, the ironing board had water stains and cigarette burns on it.
