Front desk guy was very disrespectful , after I got out the pool tried to go get some fresh towels , telling me I couldn’t be there just because I spilled some water when they failed to give me new towels , after I told them I was going to give them a review on google they threaten me for trespassing if I leaved a bad comment
Stayed here for a few days, and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi was faster than I expected. The included breakfast was also acceptable. Activia yogurt, hot coffee, a few juices to choose from, bananas, bagels, and cereal. All the staff I interacted with were nice. Considering the price , I was satisfied with my stay. I hate that google doesn’t give you the option to do 0 stars because this place isn’t worth the one. When we checked into our room we walked in and was hit with a wave of chemical smells. After checking over the room, we found stains on the beds on the comforters and in the sheets. We found stains all over the walls. We found black mold on the ceiling. The bathroom sink and the shower head was detached from the walls. We never even sat down on the bed or anything and just took our suitcases out and left. We let the man at th... read more
