This used to be a good place to stay when it first opened, but over the last several years it has become a nightmare. I will never stay here again. The property is in desperate need of renovation. The floors and walls were dirty and in poor condition, and the furniture in the room was ripped and broken. We stop here every time on our way to Port Carnival to catch our cruise. Rooms are always clean breakfast could be a little better.

I had a major problem at the front desk that the clerk couldnt help me with, the manager came out and was really helpful and got my problem sorted and made sure i had somewhere to sleep, I find alot of managers to be unhelpful so im thankfull and the receptionist was lovely too, aside from that its your standard hotel at this rate, I actually prefer the set up to days in and other because these have kitchen in too making it more like a mini home!very greatfull to the staff and manager!
