Every employee was helpful , kind and courteous . rooms clean and comfortable
Beds are stiff and hard. Hot water for showers runs out. Breakfast has no protein options (oatmeal, cereal, apples, waffles/pancakes) and room has code violations. Paying $120 a night for no comfort.

$600 for a 5 day stay and we've had no hot water after a music festival, no protein options for breakfast, the elevator is sketchy, and the beds are absolutely stiff as a rock.
