We booked a room here last minute due to traveling. Upon entry, there is a nasty smell in the entryway. The night clerk was friendly. The room was indeed micro but over all clean (except for the dead roach in the tub and again, a nasty smell, maybe the AC?) We booked a queen bed but the bed was actually smaller than a queen (not a super big issue but my husband is over 6' and fits on a queen, his feet hung over the bed). Check in was the best ever . The Clark had everything ready b4 I walked in the door . Rooms were great just can't say enough about the whole place .
We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Great location, excellent service, and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to others!
