Super clean. Tv's do not have smart capabilities. Vending machines do not accept credit cards. Kinda have to beg for an ice container. The breakfast was pretty decent. The pool is clean and inviting but super small. Beds are a little hard. Not knocking it but also not entirely impressed.
Very terrible hotel to stay at . The rooms are not clean.. there was mucus on my pillow . Front desk didn't move me to another room . They don't have free wifi as advertised.. they want you to sign up for points in order to receive wifi service ( false advertising). The people in the room above me kept up a lot of noise I couldn't sleep a wink. Very Terrible hotel to stay at & I had to be moved to a different room because they have bed bugs in one of the rooms.
Stayed while I was in town for an artist retreat. The room, the staff and the complimentary breakfast was all good! Enjoyed my stay.
We were assigned to an occupied room at midnight. When we opened the door using the key card, the other guests yelled at us furiously! We relayed the message to the front desk who then took another hour to locate the other guests room... it was me , my husband , and our 8 yr old. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds,and were taken to the room the other guests booked, which had 1 double size bed. My stay at this Microtel was very pleasant. The facility was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is very good with ample places to eat nearby. The staff were phenomenal. Room is nice size, clean and comfortable.
