The young black guy was so courteous at the front desk, really made us feel comfortable.
I really enjoyed my bed, slept like a baby. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
I really liked that they had pegs to hang things throughout the room.
Gave service A 4 due to three heups. Small room at first..limited items at bfast. Key had to be rekeyed 2nd day. Towels not rplaced as instructed on leaving room on second day.(donot clean my room just replaced the towels)
Stopped here just to sleep. Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. Smelled and looked clean. Chad (front desk guy) was super nice and accommodating as well as the service staff. Giving it 3 stars because when we walked in our room the first thing we saw was a cockroach on the blinds, & the smell of urine…that alone made it uncomfortable trying to fall asleep 🪳 🤢
