Bedbugs in jacuzzi room! We arrived around 6pm. Showered and cut tv on. I looked at my pillow and there were bugs on it. We got the desk Associate in our room and he advised it was bedbugs and unacceptable. He changed our room to a downgrade and expected that was sufficient. We left but had to jump through hops to get a refund. The *daily charge and security deposit are still pending* DO NOT STAY HERE
DISGUSTING! Everything was so gross, especially the bathrooms. The entire floor we stayed on wreaks of cigarettes, and the air was nasty. So humid and wet, mold and warping on the floors. We cancelled our second night and went home. 🤢
Stayed one night. The room had a window seat that was great for spreading out our luggage.
They Have bedbugs!! Checked in (1st Mistake) Upon first glance everything looked clean Thank God, we put our bags on the table, even though that’s not surefire way you won’t carry one home. Sitting in the chair across from the bed, I’m looking at the pillow and I thought there was a big tick on. It. Turns out to be a bedbug. Hotel fought me tooth and nail to refund me my money when I only checked in for the first 30 minutes luckily they did give it back, but just be aware.
