Television did not work. Kept buffering so I watched TV on my phone. Desk chair was dirty. Bed was comfortable and clean
The water pressure in the shower was kinda low, and there was no hot water it was luke warm. I reminded myself it was just for one night.
The "free" breakfast is bagels and cereal. It's more like a snack and the hotel should be brought up on fraud charges. One of the reasons I stayed was for the breakfast then off to work. Now I need to stop and get a real breakfast. The place is noisy. The light above the sink barely worked after several tries. Not impressed and will not be staying in a place that is barely operating above janky.
We chose Microtel as we traveled pulling our large camper and there was a lot nearby to park in. This was convenient for us. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. No complaints about any of that. Service was great and staff were friendly. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s comfortable and reasonably priced. The noise from the interstate is what bothered me most.
