We were told we were getting a suite. It had one bed in it, a couch and a sink. It was no suite. I have been there two other times before and paid 2/3 less for a room that had two beds with the same refrigerator
No towels in bathroom. The worst breakfast I've ever had. No wifi. Wake up call was 30 min late... Spend the $30 extra dollars down the road
I had a very poor stay at the Microtel in New Ulm and cannot recommend it to anyone. Multiple aspects of the hotel were either broken, misrepresented, or below basic standards. Major Issues: Misleading Information & Broken Amenities: I called months in advance to ask if the pool would be open and was assured it would be. Upon arrival, it was still "under maintenance" and had been for months. The meeting room was also unavailable for the same reason.
