Pleasant check in,very central location for restaurants ,toobin' the Comal ,Gruene. Clean room with great shower ! Would stay here again!
My mother is blind and has a service dog. I forgot the dog's service papers, so we were denied accommodations. This was a real problem because the papers were in AZ and I was exhausted after driving to New Braunfels. My poor mother who is 87 yrs old was exhausted. Looked like a nice place, but sadly, we were refused access. Went to another hotel and they had us sign a document stating the dog is a service dog. How easy this was compared to Microtel.
The hotel does not look like the pictires. Its much more dated. The service was not personable. I will stay there again.

The lady's in the front were very nice and helpfull they cleaned the room everyday quickly and very nice. The location is very good to everything I will be staying there again. And the breakfast was good. Im very pleased. The rooms were clean and nice
