Front desk lady was great when I checked in. I discovered the first room given to me had a dirty fitted sheet the front desk right away offered a new room. The second room was okay. They really need to update their televisions, get rid of the dirty CD player alarm as well as the fluorescent lighting above the bed and add actual lamp lighting around night stand, walls could use a major cleaning or painting around the hotel. Desk clerk at check in was very nice. Heater in room barely blew even on high when turned to fan. Same one was broken when stated in same room 2 years ago. Desk clerk at checkout was eating in back and didn’t even get up from the back off her personal call until I called for her to tell her about broken heater unit.
My stay here is pretty welcoming though I feel bad for staying a week while moving here to Minot for my job. It's exhausting to get things unpacked and organized but coming back to the hotel for another day of rest makes it easier.
Thank you for My room upgrade it was wonderful, Only my concern about Thermostrate on wall was not working. I did adjust temprature from Unit Other than everything fine.Nice location cross from shopping and restaurant
My 4 year old had to have dental surgery and since we live a bit away the dental office put us in the hotel. When getting to the room, the door was open, (the front desk girl said sometimes the housekeepers leave them open), the room was unbelievably hot, I went to turn ac on and the wall control was not working, the plug in unit had a weird connector and couldn’t be plugged in, the fridge was not plugged in and when I opened it there was a horrible smell, the microwave also wasn’t working.
