Booked a double queen room through Expedia and prepaid room. Once we checked in we only ended up getting 1 queen bed.. Went down to desk and asked and different lady said it was last room so this is what they gave us.. Simply told me to call Expedia since I paid through them and nothing she can do. I asked if she knew what a reservation was and she got mad and told me to deal with room or leave property because I asked a simple question. The evening front desk person was the most friendly pleasant person you could ever ask for. The kind of person that you walk away feeling better from your interaction with.

I would not have even given it one star. We stayed here frequently when it opened for many years. On this past trip down we went in to inquire. The receptionist who was dressed in very sloppy jeans and tshirt was sitting in the office and completely ignored us. She was not on the phone or anything. In the time it took trying to get her attention for almost ten minutes we observed dirty windows, mangled blinds and how dirty and run down it had become. So glad we had not booked it ahead of time. We finally walked out.

Good luck finding someone at the front desk, I’ve been here a week. Even if they are at the front desk they will pretend not to hear you.

Our greater, Hailey has the friendliest personality. You just have to feel good after talking to her. The location of the facility is perfect for us. Close to the hospital and shopping. Great place to stay.
