Here’s a review that reflects your experience honestly and clearly: ⸻ Our stay was okay, but there were a few drawbacks. The bed was uncomfortable, with squeaky springs—even for a petite person like me. The hallways looked unkempt, which detracted from the overall feel of the place. Breakfast was average—not bad, but nothing memorable either.
Very nice room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Noisy AC that wouldn't stay on, very slow wifi.
Clean and trustworthy for out of towners, came for business and had everything I needed, 20 min from Rochester and a couple local restaurants that are solid.
Gabe at the front desk is so sweet, kind and respectful he is very patient and is very hard working. He helped me find my room and walked me to my room. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel
