Terrible experience overall: • No working phone in the room—had to go downstairs for every request. They did not solve it for 3 days. • No milk for breakfast for two days. • Some staff and guests were racist, which made our stay very uncomfortable. • Both Rooms were dirty, carpets smelly, and had big flies (probably from unsealed windows).
