Drug paraphernalia from previous guest on the floor. Shower did not work. No refrigerator or microwave. Multiple charges made to my card for one night. Management Leslie Humphrey was extremely rude.

The day clerk overbooked the hotel. When we arrived, we paid for our room, having booked a room with 2 beds, got our key cards, and proceeded to our room. When we entered our room, we found it already occupied! Now their key cards didn't work anymore. Back to the clerk we went to get another room. But they had only one room left- but it only had one bed! Traveling as father and daughter, we needed two beds. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Check-in was frustrating due to a lengthy wait at the front desk despite arriving during normal hours. Upon entering the hotel, there was a strong odor that was noticeable throughout much of the property. The most concerning issue occurred at check-in when we were initially assigned a room that was already occupied.
