This is a great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and the staff is top notch , I don't know who pays people to leave bad reviews on such a great spot to stay but you will not find a better location or value in Louisville KY that's for sure
The desk light in room didn't work, there was no shampoo or conditioner, there was one full set of bath rags and a parcel. Also the elevator smh I was on floor 2 and it said floor 1 I used stairs after that.
The lady who checked me in was awesome and was a great help.
