Room had a large ledge above the bed with a mirror. As if the room was perfectly designed to have the sleeper hit their head on the ledge. No coffee for the morning either. Will never stay in Microtel again.
The people at the front desk were very friendly The hairdryer in our room was a fire hazard when I turned it on it started to smoke. The smoke alarm was missing from the room. And the lamination on the toilet seat was peeling away it also would’ve been nice to have at least two hangers so we could’ve hung our jackets up
Nicki/Nikki (I didn't look at her name tag) She works at the front desk, and she was just so sweet! The rooms are afordably priced as well! The night before we stayed at a holiday Inn down here and paid over 160 and the lady worker wasn't very nice, and the rooms weren't (to me) worth that much money.. I would definitely come back to Microtel next time I'm in Louisville!
It smelled like sewage the entire duration of my 3 day stay. My key card rarely worked. Wasn't very clean.
Clean rooms , friendly front desk worker and quick to get whatever you needed done. Nice location and relaxing! Will definitely stay again.
