Great hotel, amazing breakfast, awesome pool and slide. Wonderful customer service. The hot tub could be cleaner and the rooms could be bigger but I suppose the room size is average for most hotels now.
Stayed here in June for baseball. The staff were incredibly accommodating for our team functions. Hotel was clean, food was great, and the customer service was exceptional. Michael went above and beyond to accommodate us!
We decided to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites recently and we're impressed with the experience. The staff were very professional and friendly. The check-in process went quite quickly. The common areas were quite clean and tidy, as was our room. The bench near the window was a favourite spot for our children to read at. The one thing that was a little out of place was the closet to put jackets and such, as it was right next to one of the beds.
