Let me start by saying I'm a kid. We stayed here, the room was nice, the food was ok would be better if you had fresh fruit and some more food to choose from, we loved the pool. The service was 2 star because there's a lady with dark hair who is always asleep, not sure I think she might be Hispanic. Its not ever ok to sleep when you are at work. Sadly I booked three nights here. For this price I expected more. Debating on cancelling but we’ll see how the first night goes. Stayed here because another microtel experience was A+. Unfortunately this newly renovated one is simply lipstick on a pig. There’s a mild unpleasant smell here. The fridge is taking up the desk. The walls are paper thin and my neighbor is a talker with a dog. The bathroom lights don’t work properly. Bathtub faucet leaks. And more. I checked in June 21. Well checked in is an overstatement. First of all the front desk girl was busy giving her daughter instructions to turn the dryer back on in 10 minutes. It took her an unreasonable amount of time to find me a room. She kept checking various papers instead of her Prooerty Management computerized system. Finally she gave me a key to room 121. Very clean, excellent staffing nice and quiet! Great food and bar right next door!
I didn't stay here, but my mom did when she came into town and when I went there I was pleasantly surprised on how nice it actually was. I heard horror stories of the place and no I believe none of them.
