Rebecca at the reception was very kind and helpful. She helped me with a frozen dinner, Excellent customer service. Much appreciated. All staff members are very helpful. Also thanks to Mr. Sabri and the Hotel Manager to check the fridge in the room to ensure the freezer section was working properly. Great work!!! Thanks for your help to make my stay comfortable.
Management doesn't return calls. Been trying for 2 weeks. Even went in and not around
Rooms are nice but the floors are creaky. The service was great! The lady that makes the breakfast was especially helpful.
