I stayed here at the end of September for business and was charged for an extra night in error. The reservation manager Alia told me that as of October 1st, they are no longer Microtel or associated with Wyndham and can't help me. I asked for a phone number or email to escalate my concerns through Microtel and she then told me at the very end of our conversation when she would'nt help me, she doesn't have any information for Microtel or Wyndham. They will charge you for an extra night, not document it in your receipt and tell you they are no longer part of Wyndham hotels, therefore they cannot help you. Funny how end of September 2024 was our stay and suddenly they are a different company with no announcement, no documentation, but the staff are still the same? They won't give you an email to escalate your extra charge and apparently have no information for a company they worked for a week ago. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Nice people clean as well
Everything was perfect except one of the front desk employees, "Alia". She has a very annoying way to answer your questions. She even laughed when I asked her to explain something about the payment. She was arrogant. Otherwise, I enjoyed staying there.
