Great place!
I held my daughter’s birthday here!! We had the pool and conference room! They were SO friendly and it was SO clean!!!! I can’t wait to go back for more parties and to stay over!!!!
We had a very good experience with Microtel in Ottawa Kanata, and had a great service by their receptionist Pranjali. She made sure that we have everything we needed. And had exerted extra effort to assist us, as we are a big group with kids. This is a great hotel in the area.
Nice hotel, clean rooms, breakfast is good, kudos to Abhinav and his tram as staff is dedicated, to ensure guests have a good experience. Wish the cookies at check in (which was a nice touch bu the way) lasted longer! :) Location is good in the sense that its close to highway and in a new well spaced out area but bit far (20 min) if you are planning to be in downtown a lot. Will definitely book again.
