I'll be honest, I didn't expect what I got. The hotel rooms are clean and nice. The service was great, everyone was pleasant. I left my jacket with some important documents and they called me. I went back and picked them up, everything was in order. Shout out to KK who found my jacket and the lady at the front desk for the call!!! Thank You! Hugs for KK! Anytime I'm in the area this will be my go to place. No buffet breakfast, but they have a few things you can eat in the morning. Zero Issues... Thank You...
Very upset that I was not able to stay there , after already paying the room. The reason was cause my bank card was through Chime. No refund was offered by the hotel or priceline. Very disturbing!
I'm assuming 1 is the worst. Went into hotel to ask questions on rooms and booking information. Young man at the desk was not helpful at all. Left unsatisfied. They need to change front line help
