I've stayed here before and had a very positive experience in the past. This time however, upon finding my room on the 3rd floor it was warm and dank. Seeing, however, that the AC unit was down to not the coldest setting I'd give it a chance, upon returning from dinner it was HOTTER than when we had left. Promptly a box fan was acquired from Walmart, but I still awoke drenched and dehydrated. I only need 2 things. A/C and clean sheets missing one of those tentpoles is kind of a deal breaker.
Room was clean and AC was cold!
The front desk lady was very kind. Unfortunately, kindness alone can’t make up for some things. I noticed upon entering our room the smoke detector had the battery removed and was open, not a huge problem if the smoke alarm is hardwired. The pool area had a few loungers, a patio table, 4 chairs. 3/4 of the chairs were broken and the fourth was noticeably worn as well.
