Our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites Hattiesburg Ms was excellent. Room and Lobby very nice, clean. Staff very friendly easy check in and out. Loved the breakfast and access of coke and afternoon popcorn. Would stay there again when in area.
I stayed at this hotel because my father was in the hospital nearby. The lady who checked us in was named Malinda & she was very nice & helpfull. I love that they give discounts for patient's family of the nearby hospitals. Our room was clean & ready for us at checkin. I liked that they had a soda fountain available 24hrs along with coffee, because I don't drink alot of coffee. THE HOTEL WAS GREAT WITH VERY GOOD EMPLOYEES EXCEPT THE FRONT DESK CLERK WHO WAS AT THE FRONT DESK AT ABOUT 1 PM SATURDAY EVENING, SHE IS A WHITE LADY AND I HAD RESERVATIONS BUT MY FRIEND DID NOT WE CLEARLY HEARED HER TELL ANOTHER WHITE WOMAN SHE HAD A SINGLE ROOM AND TWO SUITES AVAILABLE WHEN MY FRIEND CALLED SHE TOLD HER NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL MY FRIEND TOLD HER THAT WE JUST HEARED HER TELL SOMEONE ELSE THAT SHE HAD EMPTY ROOMS.
