Front desk acted as though we bothered them by checking in and asking legitimate questions regarding our reservation and room...not pleasant nor helpful. Crystal the breakfast attendant went above and beyond to help me and my disabled sister with all our questions and needs. Thank u Crystal and the maintenance man as well

It was a clean room with fresh linens. Our room did not have the phone, tablet charging outlets and was a bit dated but was well equipped with ironing board and iron, microwave oven, and mini fridge. Bath had spare roll of TP already in the holder storage compartment and shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer as complimentary bath condiments. More than an adequate supply of towels and washcloths. Had a double queen suite originally. There were dirty handprints on the wall, and dirty clothes and food wrappers under the bed. I also had to push a socket back into the was to use it. They moved us to a double full. They only gave a $20 discount for it. The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom was chipping from water damage, and the grout was getting stuck to our feet when we walked over it and coming out.
