I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a room, which was already booked but somehow got canceled 🙄. The first attendant was not very helpful and she only dealt with me for 3minutes. Thanks to Ms. Robin for everything! She was very helpful, understanding and greeted me with a nice warm smile any time I bumped into her during my stay. Very hardworking and helpful. Another thing! We work so yes we expect clean washcloths and towels everyday and no I don’t want to bring them down to get fresh ones!! That’s not my job! I just got o... read more
