The front desk was friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was fine. I was happy with my stay until breakfast when the “hospitality” worker announced to the room that I forgot to put a replacement empty cup under the pancake mix dispenser after using it. Sorry lady my dad just had a massive heart attack and I still don’t know if he’s going to pull through. Hope she had the day she deserved.
How can you possibly have a room without even a mini fridge
Stayed here a couple of times when I've had to come through for events at ECU. It is very reasonably priced, the staff has always been friendly, the room quiet and clean. Free WiFi that works well. Right off of a local bus route that runs once an hour for part of the day. Will definitely book again if I have to be in Greenville.
Room smelled of mildew. Damage to all tables (chipped /broken) the phone in the room looked disgusting, bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and in shower, the tv was dark you couldn’t see it with the lights on & could barely see with them off, the room never got cold , very muggy. If I hadn’t of been so tired from traveling I would’ve got a different room. 250 a night is absurd when you spend less than 100 at a cheap hotel that wpuldve been cleaner & nice than that.
