Do not stay here. The hotel was dirty, bandaids on the floor of the elevator and in the pool area. Only one elevator for 3 floors and you cannot use the stairs. When we checked out they refused to give us back our $100 deposit because they said we smoked in the room! We most definitely did not! Do not stay here, terrible place and people
If I could give 0 stars I would. They need new management here. We booked a whirlpool suite on priceline and it states that it fits 4 people. We get there and they say they cannot let us stay there because only two adults can be in that room and we had 3 adults and one child. So they put us in a bedroom with two queen beds. Secondly, our microwave didn’t work and we let them know and they said they will be up with another microwave in 30 minutes. the manager tried to physically force his way in my room even after I said he could come in once I got appropriate clothes on
this place is a JOKE, charge for guest, pull out bed had PISS STAINS on the pull out bed, Shower was dirty, had house keeping walk in our room while me and my family were sleeping. Did not bother cover policies upon checking in. no refunds with a 24hour cancelation DONT BOOK HERE !!!!
