We stayed here one night for a little family getaway trip. The pool and hot tub amenities were great. We chose this hotel over others because it was pet friendly and showed beautiful views of the lake online. We reserved with booked and then got additional fees added on at arrival which was way more out of our price range for one night than what we wanted, and unfortunately we got put in a room where the view was not of the lake but instead a new distillery that was built and we were disappointed. A nice quiet place nestled into the mountains. I see others left not so good feedback which id like to say they are nit picking. Yes there is a lake which is slightly obstructed by construction. Not the hotels fault. There was no noise disturbance by the workers. We slept soundly. Beds & pullows were firm & clean. Im sure in summer the lake is more visible. Service was outstanding. I made a reservation and I specifically requested a third floor lake side room. The booking agent confirmed this. When I arrived I was told that I had been moved to the second floor, but that the view would be "amazing". I trusted the front desk person. I could not see the lake and in fact could only view an ugly plastic tent outside the window - pictures below. The room is expensive. The breakfast was very limited in options - no hot items. The room was very small. Do not recommend.
Shauna and Cheyanne were awesome! They helped me with checking in and got me an awesome room. Had some snafus with my credit card and they were helpful and patient while it all got figured out. Room rates are great, location is very nice. A great 4 seasons stay for skiing, hiking, or traveling. Can’t wait to be back!
