Beds were terrible not comfortable at all
Great location and spacious/quiet room. Very nice for what you pay. It’s a short walk away from heart of downtown and a 15 min walk from Gatlinburg trail and National Park entry One issue I had was the check in staff either didn’t listen or see my dog was a service dog- also vested when we arrived. I found a charge for a pet fee on my account after I checked out. It took 3 days calling them back and forth to finally speak with manager who without issue refunded the fee and apologized.
