My room had an issue with the TV. Thankfully my goal was get the kiddo to sleep so lack of TV at night was plenty fine for us because she needed less distractions. Might have been a bigger deal to someone else. Saw someone complain about the AC unit, mine cycled. It would cool for a while then cycle to fan to avoid freezing up. Was the perfect place for an overnight stop. Bed was comfortable room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.
This hotel is barely afloat. The staff were great and friendly. But they do the absolute bare minimum to keep the hotel running. They tried to do a renovation but used cheap materials, furniture, and probably labor. When we first walked into the room, there were deep set in stains on the comforter. The staff replaced it, but that was off putting. It's such a simple thing to fix to improve hotel optics. The breakfast wasn't really breakfast.
