rude, loud, very aggressive. listed as having rooms available, not the case. we were left stranded for 3 hours.
Didn’t expect much, but honestly we were very impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and the cordial and helpful nature of the staff with whatever weird request we came up with. Really hope they can keep the place maintained because they’re off to a really good start.
Really great staff on all shifts! We stayed longer than expected and staff quickly accommodated when issue with a reservation with a different hotel. Spacious but cozy seating area in lobby with fireplace & modern furnishing thru out. Super clean, spacious, well stocked breakfast area. Halls and elevator always clean and tidy.
