This is a very clean, comfortable hotel! Friendly staff. The room was quiet (we were on the ground floor) & spacious. The only issue was low water pressure in the shower (no bathtub). There is an outdoor patio with a barbeque, nice size gym & laundry room. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast host, Anthony, was very friendly, we had a nice conversation. Amazing stay here at Microtel. Staff was amazing. Anthony AKA "Waffle Man" made some really fluffy waffles that only made every morning better. Also, Issac is the man. Not only did he go out of his way to get me advil for back pain, he also went above and beyond with an extremely kind gesture for my fiance and I. What did Issac do exactly? It’s been a treat to come to this hotel again. Super friendly staff, Clean rooms and excellent customer service from Rica,Isaac and Laine and the entire team.
Microtel leaves much to be desired... From the experience of an extended stay, things are limited. For example, kitchenettes are not stocked with dish soap. Laundry is 4 dollars for one load (wash and dry), and laundry detergent is an extra charge. No tubs in kitchenette or basic suites, and the showers don't have a door, so the floor gets wet and you can't stay warm in the steam.
