Was very clean and nice room. Staff was awesome! Definitely will stay again my next trip to Mayo Clinic.
Room: It's not a physically bad room, the only thing that is really annoying is the electric buzzing that comes from the outlets. It's nonstop. Service: The service is probably the only thing that is good. The front desk is helpful, and the cleaning people are nice. The only bad thing was a manager who was rude to his employees. Location: The location is weird and getting into the parking lot is confusing. Also, to go onto the highway, you need to make u-turns at stoplights.
Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, they had biscuits and gravy, waffles, English muffins, fruit, toast, cereal, milk, and coffee. Room was small, and the bed was not great, it sagged a bit in the middle. Good room for the price though.
1) I wanted early check- in but didn't come until the evening, so I'm guessing when the hostess tried to issue a refund , the hotel locked my card. 2) Room was dusty with spider webs and spiders in the corners 3) seems as if people live there, constantly walking the halls
