Didn't have enough pillows in room, staff said there were literally no more pillows in the hotel and was passive aggressively rude about it. Small pillows to begin with. WIFI was horrible, kept disconnecting, TV remote was broken. Ran out of syrup one morning and still didn't have more the next morning. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not horrible. Super noisy from road noise and buzzing sounds from outlets(?). Toilet didn't flush well. Mattress had a huge sinkhole. Overall dilapidated, undersupplied, rude staff, and noisy.... read more
We booked a suite because it said it included a kitchenette. Well it doesn’t. It has a microwave and a fridge which is the same as what every other room has. So we gave up having an extra queen bed for a crappy pull out couch and no kitchen stuff. When we asked for linens for the pull out they didn’t have any pillows and the linens we got were stained and dirty. Stains everywhere. Small awkward breakfast area. Won’t be staying here again.
