Linens and room are generally clean. The exterior could use some help. Overflowing garbage cans at all exits. Heads up to guests: I had to have my room key reset twice during my one day stay.
Mildew smell from the radiator, Hopper site (third party booking) says pool, there is no pool. The desk agent says it happens all the time. They should correct that.
Hotel is always clean, feels very safe, & staff are always kind & helpful. Best deal for your dollar, especially if you have a large family!
Much better MicroTel than in Bloomington. Loved everything about it.
This hotel is awesome and I’ll stay there anytime.
