The rooms are great for what we needed. But the TV and fridge was not working when we got there. And the bathroom had so much hair and dirt left in it, it was disturbing.
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I left my jacket behind and called immediately after checkout. The staff confirmed they had found it and told me they would keep it safe for me. I drove two hours back to pick it up, only to be told when I arrived that they had “lost” it. This shows a lack of responsibility and care for guests’ belongings. Such pathetic service… i forgot my jacket at this place and they confirmed that they have it and will keep it safe but when i went back to get it the manager informed that they have misplaced it and had no idea what to do
