Our stay were so comfortable, nice and really clean room. excellent customer service. Definitely we come back again.
The front desk general manager is very unprofessional. First interaction was concerning and it went downhill from there. I hope Bree finds work in another profession that better suits her skills whatever they might be because it’s not in customer service. She is a crummy person. Combative personality.
Newer hotel very comphy bed and pillows very clean ..if your breakfast is super important its all carbs but great place for the price
they handled my son with special needs very well....late check in Luis was heroic. and the morning Blanca even better
This was provided gratis from the airline due to a cancelled flight. The room was clean and we were treated well.
