Very disappointing experience for a 7-day stay, especially as a Wyndham Platinum Member. Housekeeping only came once during the entire stay, yet staff later complained about trash accumulating in the room. My brother works overnight hours and was exhausted when staff insisted housekeeping needed immediate access to the room, which led to frustration on both sides. Cheapest hotel I could find near the airport. Hotel itself is a little run down but the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Walking around the room was quite loud and the noise definitely transfers from flor to floor as I heard the people above me walking around but for a cheap overnight place to sleep before a flight it's not bad. I would definitely stay again

My partner and I checked in very late and were told we could check out at 12:30 PM because of our late arrival by the lady at the front desk as long as we sign up as members before checking in. The next morning at 11 AM, we received a call demanding immediate checkout. When we spoke to the front desk and mentioned we were allowed a late checkout the guy denied the arrangement and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room also had an unpleasant smell.
