Shame on you. This place was not what I was expecting for a Microtel. The girl at the desk was not interested in being there. The lobby was dirty, trash down the hall. Room smelled of dirty dog and stale smoke, yet you put a hold on my card for incidentals (smoking in room, have a pet, or cause any damage). Don’t never book an appointment they will take your money and you can’t call customer service or get in contact with anyone shady shady shady and this happened to me today

Room and hotel were unsanitary and there was an atrocious lack of maintenance. There was mold under the public ice maker, water and humidity damage evident throughout the facility, warped baseboards peeling off stained walls in my room, an overpowering scent of mold and mildew, and damaged and missing panels in bathroom. Hotel was clean. Room was good shape. Staff was excellent. Pricing was good. Breakfast items were good. No complaints for the type of hotel it is, our experience was a good one at this hotel.
