I wish I could leave this hotel staff 12 stars for the all around most helpful service I have ever received from any hotel staff in all my travels! I’m not kidding at all! I went to Jan and Edalith frantic with a problem I was fully prepared for them to tell me they could not help me with (figuring the worst they can do is tell me no), and instead they didn’t even hesitate to go above and beyond to handle my personal issue for me. Pretty decent hotel for price point. But needs work on cleanliness and giving customers notice of ongoing renovation. The cleanliness needs some work. When first inspecting the room there was hair in the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom. There was also some insect. Wasn't sure if they actually cleaned the shower so I just didnt use it.
