I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and handling of my recent stay at Microtel Inn. Considering the amount of money I have spent at this property, I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated and how my transactions were handled.
It has been an amazing stay.
My stay was excellent
We have been here twice now and just absolutely love it. The staff is amazingly nice. The place is clean and quite. I never felt unsafe. The breakfast is minimal but great. Hard boiled eggs, bagles and toast. They have oatmeal and cereal as well. The coffee doesn't taste burnt or bitter and honestly that's all I want is some coffee. Have bigger coffee cups lol. For a smaller hotel this is a 10 out of 10!!!
Good area for this hotel. Service was 10/10. We were greeted immediately by Peter at front desk. He helped us with all we needed. There was a small issue with AC our first night and he assured us he’d get it checked out and not even 30 mins later they had it fixed for us. He was so nice to us and made us feel welcomed. The owners did too as they fixed our ac. No other issues at all. Great price and good location.
