Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was a mistake made on the hotel’s end regarding my reservation, yet instead of taking responsibility, the staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to address the issue. Customer service lacked professionalism and empathy, which made an already frustrating situation worse. I expected better communication and accountability. The Staff was really helpful to answer my questions before my trip. And was kind and always smiling. Keeping things clean breakfast area a nice place to sit & have a coffee break anytime
Room and service was fantastic. I'm pressed with Nariv and Grace at the desk, very helpful. The location is great, but traffic noise is present. Room and bed were very nice.
